INFORMATION FOR THE HOSTING FAMILY
THE ROOM
The bedroom has to be cosy and accurate, with the following characteristics:
- minimum size 14 sq m with window
- maximum number of rooms: 3
- maximum number of 2 beds per room;
- if single, beds have to be of equal size;
- furnishing, also simple, has to be accurate, with a minimum equipment per room: closet, nightstand (one per person), shelf or table, mirror, chair, light.
THE BATHROOM
- the bathroom has always to be private for the guest, never shared with others.
- each bathroom has to be totally equipped: basin, bidet, toilet seat, shower or bathtub
- towel set has to be composed of 3 towels of different sizes and small bath carpet
- soap has to be changed at every guest change
- each bathroom has to be equipped with alarm bell and a waste bin.
CLEANINGS
- room cleaning has to be daily
- linen change at least every three days
BREAKFAST
Breakfast has to respond to local typical dishes as well as a choice among coffee, coffee with milk, tea, milk and typical cake (or croissant), jam, yoghurt, fresh bread, butter, fresh fruits.
Breakfast is between 7,30 am 10 am. In case of guest’s specific time needs, the family is free to make the guest preparing breakfast on his own or to arrange it differently.
WELCOME
Arrival must be between 5 pm and 8 pm. Departure must be always within 12 am (unless previously agreed).
A welcome high quality standard must be always guaranteed.
The family must always guarantee a major member at guests’ arrival and departure. A member of the family has always to be available.
INFO
Each structure has to provide tourist brochures and material about the territory.
PRICES
Prices have to be shown inside the room (Min – Max) in line with the same prices communicated to Associazione Welcome.
